SBS Transit Bus Service 127 is a trunk service plying between Tampines Central and Tampines Industrial Ave 5, passing through Tampines Avenues 9 & 10 as well as Tampines Road. It is the 69th Bus Service launched under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme (BSEP), and as part of the Bus Service Enhancements with the opening of Tampines Concourse Bus Interchange.
From 11 October 2020, Bus Service 127 will be amended to serve Tampines North Drive 1 & Tampines Avenue 11.

Bus Service 127 is a short trunk service from Tampines Central to Tampines Industrial Avenue 5, mainly serving residents in Tampines Concourse, Tampines Avenue 9 as well as industries in Tampines Wafer Fabrication Park such as T5@Tampines, Siltronic Singapore, JTC Nanospace @ Tampines and GlobalFoundries Tampines with direct bus connection to Tampines Central and MRT Station.
Workers in Tampines Wafer Fabrication Park used to walk to either Tampines Road for Bus Service 72 or Tampines Avenue 10 for other bus service connections before the launch of Bus Service 127.
The amendment of Service 127 to Tampines North Drive 1 from 11 October 2020 enhanced connectivity for new Build-to-Order flats along Tampines North such as Tampines GreenRidges, Tampines GreenWeave and Tampines Greenview.
