Woodlands North RTS Station is an underground station and the Singapore terminus of the Singapore–Johor Bahru RTS Link, currently under construction.
Rail connections are offered via the adjacent Woodlands North Station, the northern terminus of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL).

Platforms at Woodlands North RTS station will be based on the Spanish solution, with a central platform for boarding passengers, and two side platforms for alighting passengers.

Departure Flow (towards Bukit Chagar, Malaysia)
Passengers heading towards Malaysia would have cleared both Malaysia & Singapore customs within the CIQ building before entering the station. The boarding platform serves trains on both sides.
Arrival Flow (from Bukit Chagar, Malaysia)
Passengers arriving from Malaysia would have already cleared both Singapore & Malaysia customs at Bukit Chagar, and can directly exit the station upon alighting from the train.
Construction
Contract T232 – Construction of Stations, Tunnels and CIQ Building for Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link was awarded to Penta-Ocean Construction Co Ltd at a contract value of $932,800,000 in November 2020. The tender was called by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) back in January 2018. The contract covers the construction of the RTS Link Woodlands North station, tunnels and the Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine (CIQ) building in Singapore.
Contract T235 – Construction of Viaducts and Tunnels for Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link was called by LTA in September 2018 and will be awarded in the first quarter of 2021.
Construction for the RTS Link is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2021. Passenger service is expected to commence in end 2026.
