Express Shuttle 31: Kent Ridge—HarbourFront Shuttle Bus Service

Express Shuttle 31 is a Rail Replacement Service plying between Kent Ridge – HarbourFront, serving selected en-route Circle Line (CCL) stations.

The route will be activated to operate only during Weekday Morning & Evening Peak Hours (except Public Holidays) from 22 January 2024 to 24 May 2024, during which Single Platform Service along the CCL between Telok Blangah and HarbourFront takes place. This modified service facilitates track works connecting HarbourFront station to the new CCL Stage 6 extension.

Single platform service will take place daily from Saturday, 20 January 2024 to Friday, 24 May 2024.

The Express Shuttle Bus Service serves the following MRT Stations:

• CC27 Labrador Park
• CC28 Telok Blangah
• CC29NE1 HarbourFront

Express Shuttle 31 will only operate on weekdays (except Public Holidays) from 22 January 2024 to 24 May 2024, both days inclusive. The bus service complements the reduced Circle Line service between Kent Ridge and HarbourFront, to facilitate track works connecting HarbourFront station to the new CCL Stage 6 extension.

Express 31 only calls at Kent Ridge, Labrador Park, Telok Blangah and HarbourFront MRT stations. It does not serve Haw Par Villa & Pasir Panjang MRT stations.
