From JB Sentral Bus Terminal, the route serves Jalan Ayer Molek / Jalan Yahya Awal, serving Menara Tabung Haji / Wisma Persekutuan / Wisma TNB, before joining Tebrau Highway and passing Plaza Pelangi / Crystal Crown / Columbia Asia Hospital / Pandan City / S’MART Pandan / Lotus’s Desa Tebrau before terminating at Toppen Shopping Centre.

IKEA Tebrau and AEON Mall Tebrau City are within walking distance from the Toppen terminus.
