Go-Ahead Bus Service 84W is a trunk service plying from Punggol Interchange and looping New Punggol Road, passing through New Punggol Road, Punggol Way and Sentul Crescent in an anti-clockwise direction. Service 84G plies a similar route in the clockwise direction.

Service 84W connects residential areas in Northshore and Punggol North with key amenities in Punggol Town Centre, Punggol Point, and the new Punggol Digital District, which includes the SIT Punggol Campus.
On 23 June 2024, Service 84 was divided into two variants: 84G (Green, for the clockwise route) and 84W (White, for the anti-clockwise route). Service 84W operates anti-clockwise via New Punggol Road, Northshore Drive (Samudera LRT), Punggol Way and Sentul Crescent, towards Punggol Temporary Interchange, while Service 84G operates in the reverse direction.
Both services share two pairs of bus stops along Punggol Central and Punggol Road.
